Kigo stores all account activity – so that you can monitor all reservation changes. Rental income and cost reports are automatically updated.

You get a complete rental income & cost monitoring system.

You enter costs and the rest is automatically generated from reservations in real-time.

Occupancy rates, Number of rentals, Days rented, Average rate, Rent to Owner, Total Cost and Gain/Loss, broken down by day, month, year, rental agency, guest country and more.

It’s FREE for the first 3months; after that, the cost is $10 USD per month for 1 property and $2 USD for each extra one.
