Calendar: See a color coded overview of all reservations. You can put mouse over a reservation to view details, or click on it to view full reservation details or edit.

Reservations: See reservations done by you and your rental agencies; including total rent, amount received and amount still due. Hold dates are in light blue.

Reservations: See and edit details on reservations.

Check-in/outs: Updated automatically, same day check-in/outs for the same property are in light blue and time conflicts are in red.

My properties: Add your property details.

My Rental Agencies: Add your rental agencies, make a link between your account and your rental agencies Kigo accounts to share your calendars and let them hold dates and make real-time reservations on your property.

External Guest Calendar: Copy and paste your link into an email or onto any vacation rental website to share your calendar and property details, including photos with prospective guests.

Kigo Rental Income Manager
(optional feature for owners)

Track income, manage costs and monitor gain/loss – automatically updated.

Monthly Income: See days rented per month, average rate, occupancy rate, rent to owner, total cost and gain/loss. Seek ways to improve low occupancy months.

Monthly Costs: Input costs – regular and exceptional. The monthly sum is used in the monthly rental income report to calculate gain/loss.

Rental Income by Rental Agency: Monitor how well your agencies are doing: number of rentals, days rented, average rates, rent paid, etc.

Rental Income by Guest Country: See where your guest’s come from. Diversify your guest’s country origin to gain more steady income.

Daily Rental Income: Access income on a daily basis.
